Reclaim Assets Recovery LLC is a private company. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any court, clerk, county, municipality, state, or federal office.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation, appear in court, or file pleadings as your attorney. A matter that requires legal representation may need to be handled by a licensed attorney of your choosing.
No obligation to hire us
You may generally contact the court or agency holding surplus funds and file a claim yourself. You are not required to hire us or any recovery company. Completing the website form does not obligate you to purchase services.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that funds exist, that you are legally entitled to them, that a claim will be approved, or that any amount will be recovered. Courts and government agencies determine entitlement and payment, and competing claims, liens, taxes, probate issues, deadlines, and other factors may affect the outcome.
Service agreement controls
No recovery engagement begins until the parties sign a separate written agreement. That agreement will state the scope of services, compensation, cancellation rights, and other terms. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with operation, harvest personal information, or use automated systems to overload or probe the website.
Accuracy and availability
